what I have been told...Mind you I am not a professional care provider and you should always chk with your doctor before doing anything. Is Glucosimine conjointen and and also try using Arnica gel

Ice bottles 20 min is the best relief.
try to exercise every other day
and try magnets on pain also

Something that helped mine was easing off "Acidic" foods like potatoes and tomatoes, ask your doc about this. Exercise the joints in question gently until they are built up and Magnets do wonders.
