try ulgel or algel (not sure what the spelling is) it;s the best as it;s taste is also very good. take 2 tsp and then have 1 glass of water. It will give you quick relief.

Have one banana in breakfast with milk. walk fifteen minutes twice daily, before breakfast and before dinner. Avoid late nights. Have sound sleep of seven hours at night only. Listen to good music ( optimistic songs ) before going to bed. Morning ,drink two glass full of water in empty stomach.

For emergency…in severe acidity 4-5 tablets of Digine should be chewed thoroughly until it makes a good mixture with your saliva... then gulp it with half a glass of water... keep your body upright and let gases belch / burp out...
Prolonged use of Digine results in constipation…
For its treatment… doctors advise to take Omeprazole (commercial name – Ocid), 20mg in the morning, empty stomach for 5 to 7 days and your acidity will go…
