Kate	I agree with using a saline spray to moisturize your nose. But you have to realize that it could be any number of things. I would get it checked out by the doctor. I have a friend that actually has to get her nose cauterized every now and then because it just won't stop bleeding. If it is because of dry conditions, I would also recommend turning down your dehumidifier or getting a humidifier for your room. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

parkour.music	nose bleeds are more likely to occur with the more saltier things you eat. I used to have them a lot too, but after a while, maybe a long while, they shorten and disappear. Also, they of course occur when you get hit hard in the face. the blood rushes and it starts to bleed. Hope this helpz Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

anjilla_kohl	Don't rub, pick or blow your nose, only after a hot shower should you blow (moisture helps in these situations) also try using a little dab of unscented over the counter lip balm like lypsol, and rub it on your sinus this will moisturize the area to help prevent if from cracking, or you can get your sinus soldered, ask ur doc about the proceedure.. sarahz	I still get them too. I was really bad when I was little, not so bad now. I do blow my nose a lot and the air is getting dryer, so I'm sure I'll be getting one sooner or later. keep some Kleenex handy! Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No
