Lately I have been really tired and sleeping 10-12 hrs per night.?
I eat plenty of vegetables and red meat.I get enough exercise.Could it possibly be an allergy?

Yeah, I know what u mean, I've been feeling that way too. U could be allergic to something. See ur doctor. It could be though, that u get too much sleep....which may sound weird, but when I got less than that I felt better and not so tired. Have ur blood checked. U may have low Thyroid or other maladies that cause tiredness. Also, try to get sleep from 6pm-12am.....it's said to be the most important hrs. of sleep u can get. Hope this helps, and hopefully u get rested soon.Also, if u have a stressful life, try to elimanate what u can to make ur life easier! :D

You should check with your doctor about having mono. Otherwise, sleep patterns change as we age. I normally sleep 10-12 hours...I feel like I haven't gotten enough after 9. Good luck!!

you have a poor diet and your not active enough. Start eating 4-5 healthier meals throughout the day. Start being more active like joining the gym or even taking a nice walk every night.

you need to take vitamin B-12. It will help you to get back to where you are not sleeping all the time. As you know when you excercise you sweat alot. You need to replace what you have lost. Start drinking more water or some gatorade & take the B-12. This will help.
