Is there a milk for people who are Lactose Intolorance?

The only time I like milk is with cereal, but I'm Lactose Intolorant. Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks!...

puzzledinphx.	Growing up, both my niece and nephew were lactose intolerant. My brother bought a couple of goats and milked them. Goats milk is not bad at all, and is sold in most grocery stores. I"m sure it would be just fine for you.

carina	i like soymilk. a good brand is silk. you can buy it at costco.
jane	If you want to use regular milk then you have two options - Lactaid milk (available in the dairy section with the regular milk) or Lacteeze pills which are taken just before eating. If you want an alternative to dairy milk there is Soy milk and rice milk.
