How can my runny nose stop?

I woke up one day and my trought hurt for like a week then i got a horrible headache and runny nose now i've had a runny nose for like 2 weeks i have allergies but, I don't think it's that also i've tooken medicine but, it doesn't help!

since you have already "tooken" medicine and it hasn't helped then I will assume you have a sinus infection. Get some saline nose Spray and use it two to three times a day. It will dry out all of the mucus and bacteria.

I have a runny nose and close to what you say you have. Hae you tried the shower soothers? You can get them from walmart for a box of 3 for like $7. They work wonders. Whenever I get a runny nose I always get them. You put them in the shower and let the water run over them while youre in the shower and breath them in. They are great

Try adding humidity to the air: Sometimes dry heat can cause what you're seeing. And use steam: A couple of times when I was sick with bronchitis, I found it helped with my sore throat and my nose.
If that doesn't work, see a doctor: You might have flu.
