No matter if I take my hayfever tablets or not I still end up all puffy and swollen... Anyone has some idea's on how to help the puffyness and swelling go down?

When I wake up in the morning I find that massaging my face helps but dosn't take it all away.
Additional Details
It start at the face, eyes, lips and then during the day my whole body starts retaining water so my cloths start annoying me.

It depends on what is causing the congestion generally if the cause is an allergen (dust pollen etc...) and not an infective cause (cold or flu etc...) then antihistamines and Cold And Flu mediactions are a good remedy for the short term. Also Getting rid of or reducing your exposure to allergens is the best treatment. If it has been 4weeks it is likely you have a mild infection. Antibiotics should help. Natural products such as Echinacea, Zinc, vit C, ginko, horseraddish etc.. can also help. It is also useful to physiaclly flush out the sinuses with a saline solution. Many chemists stock these and are easy to use. Hope this helps,
