FOOOD that make me less tired?
i have been very tired lately. i was wondering if theres any food that can keep me engergized through the day. no caffein or taurine please. thanks in advance!...

Eliminate sugar, caffeine and any processed or refined foods. At first your body will object but after 3-5 days you will have more energy and in the long run you can make more improvements. Make sure you drink at least 8 cups of water a day and eat a lot of fresh vegetables. |

Stick to fruit, veg and pure protein, avoid carbs altogether. You'll be raring to go all day :D |

Apples will wake you up, and also any glucose-foods, like grapes. Any kindof fruit should help you feel a little less tired. :) |
