FOOOD that make me less tired?

Eliminate sugar, caffeine and any processed or refined foods. At first your body will object but after 3-5 days you will have more energy and in the long run you can make more improvements. Make sure you drink at least 8 cups of water a day and eat a lot of fresh vegetables.

Stick to fruit, veg and pure protein, avoid carbs altogether. You'll be raring to go all day :D

Apples will wake you up, and also any glucose-foods, like grapes. Any kindof fruit should help you feel a little less tired. :)

believe it or not....APPLES. Works great. One in the morning, one in the afternoon.

apples give you lots of energy, any fruit or vegetable is good. drink plenty of water too
