It's time to carry your own sheets! Ask the hotels if they have hyper allergenic options for the sheets offered.

IT COULD BE THE DETERGENT THAT THEY USE YOU SHOULD CHECK WITH YOU DOCTOR TO SEE IF MAYBE YOUR SKIN IS SENSITIVE

Like the others said, you are probably allergic to whatever is commonly used in the industry to wash the sheets. However, you might actually be allergic to dust mites.

You could also be alergic to bleach. Most big hotels wash their sheets not only in the detergent but in bleach so if you dont use bleach at home, it may be that too.

It's more than likely the soap that the hotel uses to wash those sheets, rather than the sheets. The best way to get around this is to bring your own sheets, that have been washed in your regular detergent, that you know you won't have a reaction too.

Yes, as mentioned it is likely it is the harsh detergents the sheets have been washed in. It is a very common complaint, so no worries.
Rather than bring all new bedding, you might try sleeping in long sleeves, long pants, and socks and just bring your own pillow case. If it is only your legs breaking out, you may be able to get away with just the long pants. Experiment some to find the least bothersome solution.
Rubbing Benadryl cream on any rash that develops should promptly get rid of it.
