Overdose If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include diarrhea, loss of coordination; numbness of the hands or feet; joint pain, or painful urination. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. Consult your pharmacist. Chewable tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water. Timed-release capsules or tablets must be swallowed whole. Side Effects Ultra B-100 may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste. Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe.
