solaquin Forte Hydroquinone, Nuquin Hp Uses Solaquin Forte is used to temporarily fade dark skin spots such as freckles or age spots . Storage Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. Overdose If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Solaquin Forte may be harmful if swallowed. Photos Solaquin Forte Cream Solaquin Forte Skin Bleaching Gel Solaquin Forte Cream 美白のソラキン How To Use Solaquin Forte is for use on the skin only. Use twice daily or as directed. Apply carefully if using on face. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth. To use, apply a small amount of medication on the skin to be treated. A thin layer is all that is needed. Rub in gently. Do not use on irritated or broken skin. Avoid sun exposure and wear a sunscreen and protective clothing while outdoors. If no effect is noticed after two months of treatments, notify your doctor. Side Effects Notify your doctor if you develop any of the following symptoms: dry skin, burning, redness. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: a gradual blue-black darkening of the skin (ochronosis). In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to Solaquin Forte, seek medical attention immediately. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. Precautions Tell your doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions, such as: illness, infections, PABA sunscreen allergies, sulfite allergies (certain brands of Solaquin Forte contain sulfites). Solaquin Forte should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known if Solaquin Forte is excreted into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding. Missed Dose If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double-up the dose to catch up. Drug Interactions Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may use including any skin products. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
