Keep out of the reach of children. Overdose If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools. How To Use Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. However, some vitamin products may be best taken with food. Consult your pharmacist.
