Uses
Potaba Envule is used to treat certain skin disorders. Also known as PABA, it is used to make your skin more flexible.


Storage
  • Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.


Overdose
  • If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
  • Symptoms of overdose may include nausea and vomiting.

How To Use
  • Potaba Envule should be taken with food.
  • Tablets should be taken with plenty of liquid to help minimize stomach upset.
  • The powder must be diluted in water as directed before swallowing.

Side Effects
  • Potaba Envule may cause stomach upset and loss of appetite.
  • If this occurs, stop taking Potaba Envule until your stomach feels better again.
  • Notify your doctor if you develop: fever, rash.
  • If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions
  • Tell your doctor if you have: kidney disease, diabetes or low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), allergies (especially drug allergies).
  • Make sure your doctor knows if you are pregnant or nursing before taking Potaba Envule.

Missed Dose
  • Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose.
  • Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
  • Do not "double-up the dose to catch up.

Drug Interactions
  • Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use, especially of: dapsone, sulfa drugs (e.g., sulfisoxazole).
  • Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
