They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy. Storage Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture. Overdose If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools. How To Use Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. Consult your pharmacist. Chewable tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water. Side Effects Poly-Vi-Sol W/iron & Zinc may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste. Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe.
