plexion Sct Clenia Uses This combination medication is used to treat acne and other skin conditions (e.g., seborrheic dermatitis). Storage Store at room temperature between 59 and 77 degrees F (15 and 25 degrees C). Overdose If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Plexion Sct may be harmful if swallowed. How To Use Plexion Sct is for use on the skin only. Before using, clean the area of skin/face that is to be treated. The directions for using this product vary depending on the brand that you are prescribed. Follow the directions provided by your doctor or pharmacist. Avoid getting any of Plexion Sct in the eyes or inside the nose or mouth. Side Effects Redness and minor irritation of the skin may occur. If these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor promptly. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: cracked skin, rash. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: unusual weakness, dark urine, yellowing eyes or skin, fever. An allergic reaction to Plexion Sct is unlikely but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: severe rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. Precautions Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: kidney problems, cracked skin or open wounds (especially on the face or hands), any allergies (especially to sulfa drugs). Plexion Sct should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. Based on information of related drugs, Plexion Sct may pass into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding. Missed Dose If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up. Drug Interactions Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription medication you may use, especially: other skin products.
