I just took this survey and tried to tell the true facts and it rated this vitamin the way it wanted to the truth is it was horrible and disgusting giving pretty adverse sideaffects which it rated me at saying it had a low reaction...I just wanted to be helpful but appartely you don't want the true opinion of people

Reason: I thought I would try another vitamin because I was using GNC gold brand and it was too expensive at the time Date: 13 June 2009
Side Effects
I took this vitamin with my breakfast everyday for a week and I vomited everyday within minutes. It would make me feel so horrible...so I quit taking it.

Going back to the GNC brand...shouldn't have taken the cheap way out.

Reason: I began taking One A Day Women Multivitamins, because I had been instructed by my doctor to begin taking vitamins Date: 23 January 2009
Side Effects
After four days of taking the vitamin, I have experience mild nausea, each day until I would eat something very shortly after. Once, I ate, the feeling went away.

I will continue to take the vitamin to see how it works in the long run, however, I have not noticed any changes this far.

Side Effects
Within 5 minutes of taking this vitamin with my breakfast, I had severe nausea. Upon ridding my body of this pill, I immediately became well. I have never had such a reaction to any medication/vitamin and was quit surprised. Guess I will stay with Centrum Silver.

My co-worker gave me these vitamins to try after she tried for two days but had the shakes and vomited daily from them also.
