It would make me feel so horrible...so I quit taking it. Additional Thoughts Going back to the GNC brand...shouldn't have taken the cheap way out. Once, I ate, the feeling went away. Additional Thoughts I will continue to take the vitamin to see how it works in the long run, however, I have not noticed any changes this far. Upon ridding my body of this pill, I immediately became well. I have never had such a reaction to any medication/vitamin and was quit surprised. Guess I will stay with Centrum Silver. Additional Thoughts My co-worker gave me these vitamins to try after she tried for two days but had the shakes and vomited daily from them also.
