Keep out of the reach of children. Overdose If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools. How To Use Take as directed. Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. However, some vitamin products may be best taken with food. Consult your pharmacist. Side Effects Maternity may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste. Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe.
