Uses
Vitamins are the building blocks of the body. They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.
Storage
- Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
- Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children.
Overdose
- If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
- Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools.

How To Use
- Take as directed.
- Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products.
- Consult your pharmacist.
- Take Iberet-Folic 500 with a full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) of water, unless your doctor directs you otherwise.
- Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking Iberet-Folic 500.
- Do not crush or chew Iberet-Folic 500 before swallowing.
- This timed-release product must be swallowed whole.
Side Effects
- Iberet-Folic 500 may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste.
- Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe.
- If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions
- Be sure your doctor is informed of your complete medical history and present condition before taking Iberet-Folic 500.
Missed Dose
- Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose.
- Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
- Do not "double-up the dose to catch up.
Drug Interactions
