How To Use Antibiotics work best when the amount of medicine in your body is kept at a constant level. This is done by administering Fortaz In Iso-Osmotic Dextrose at evenly spaced intervals throughout the day and night. Continue to use Fortaz In Iso-Osmotic Dextrose until the full prescribed amount is finished even if symptoms disappear after a few days. Stopping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in a relapse of the infection. Thaw the frozen container at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Do not thaw by putting in a water bath or by microwaving it. After thawing, squeeze the container to check for leaks. Discard solution if the container leaks. Let a refrigerated bag sit at room temperature at least one hour before using. Shake the container before using. Discard if the solution is cloudy or has particles.
