Overdose If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Consult your pharmacist. Chewable tablets must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with a glass of water. Timed-release capsules or tablets must be swallowed whole. Side Effects B-50 Complex may cause mild nausea or unpleasant taste. Consult your doctor if any of these effects persist or become severe.
