The dose and length of therapy is based on your condition and response. Side Effects Fever, chills, tingling, itching, headache, flushing, nausea and vomiting have been reported. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: chest pain, breathing trouble, redness/pain/warmth in the calf, skin rash.
