Uses

Overdose
  • Symptoms of overdose may include: fast/slow/irregular heartbeat, inability to move (paralysis), very slow breathing, weakness.

How To Use
  • Take this product by mouth as directed.
  • Follow all directions on the product package.
  • If you are uncertain about any of the information, consult your doctor or pharmacist.Avoid taking this product with food or beverages which contain large amounts of caffeine.
  • It may increase the risk for side effects (e.g., mental/mood changes).If your condition persists or worsens, or if you think you may have a serious medical problem, seek immediate medical attention.

Side Effects
  • Dizziness, headache, shaking, trouble sleeping, mental/mood changes (e.g., anxiety, irritability), frequent urination, fast heartbeat, nausea, or vomiting may occur.
  • If any of these effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor or pharmacist promptly.Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: fast/slow/irregular heartbeat, severe mental/mood changes (e.g., unusual thoughts/behavior, hallucinations).Seek immediate medical attention if any of these rare but very serious side effects occur: sudden inability to move (paralysis), seizure.A very serious allergic reaction to this product is rare.
  • However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any of the following symptoms of a serious allergic reaction: rash, itching/swelling (especially of tongue/lips/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions
  • Before taking yohimbe, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies.If you have any of the following health problems, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product: high or low blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease (e.g., angina), kidney disease, liver disease, mental/mood disorder (e.g., anxiety, depression), enlarged prostate.This product may make you dizzy.
  • Use caution while driving, using machinery, or taking part in any activity that requires alertness.
  • Avoid alcoholic beverages.This product is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
  • It may harm an unborn baby.
  • Consult your doctor for more details.It is not known whether this product passes into breast milk.
  • However, breast-feeding is not recommended while using this product.
  • Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Missed Dose
  • If you are taking this product on a regular schedule and miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember.
  • If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
  • Do not double the dose to catch up.

Drug Interactions
  • Before using this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and nonprescription/herbal products you may use, especially of: drugs for high blood pressure, heart medications, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, isocarboxazid, linezolid, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, rasagiline, selegiline, tranylcypromine), phenothiazines (e.g., chlorpromazine, promethazine), stimulant drugs (e.g., amphetamines, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine), tricylic antidepressants (e.g., amitriptyline, imipramine), products that contain caffeine (including some medications, coffee, tea, some sodas).
