Notes
- Pyridoxine is common in foods such as beans, oats, whole wheat products, nuts, unmilled rice, eggs, chicken, liver, kidney and pork.
- Eat more of these foods to increase the amount of pyridoxine in your diet.
Storage
- Store at room temperature and keep away from moisture and sunlight.
- Do not store in the bathroom.

How To Use
- Take this medication as directed.

Side Effects
- This medication may cause tingling of the fingers or toes, reduced touch sensations, clumsiness or drowsiness.

Missed Dose
- Take any missed dose as soon as possible but not if it is almost time for the next dose.
- If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule.
- Do not double the dose to catch up.
Drug Interactions
- Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use, especially of levodopa, oral contraceptives, phenobarbital, phenytoin, cycloserine, hydralazine, isoniazid, penicillamine and of multivitamins.
- Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
