Side Effects
I searched this site because I was looking for why I had tingling in my face today. I had a lot of caffeine. That must be why. I am up to 75 mg at bedtime. This is my highest dose. I haven't seen an improvement in my tics yet, but appetite is slower, have been very tired some days, others I have been ok. A little dizzy and forgetful but I am also on Lexapro so they are mixing together to create side effects

Additional Thoughts
Topamax has a very cheap generic now, topiramate, as a pharmacist, i highly recommend you switch if you have not already, i use the generic and it has the same benefits.

Additional Thoughts
The good thing is Topamax took my migraines from 10 - 15 a month down to 1 - 2 a month...a real blessing. I also lost 40# but unfortunately that not hungry feeling doesn't last for ever, you eventually start gaining it back.

When I got to 25 mg once a day all side effects ended and I have not had a migraine. I am back to my old self. No weight loss unfortunately.
