Notes
- Keep all doctor and lab visits because it is important you have your progress monitored.

How To Use
- Take this drug by mouth exactly as prescribed for the full treatment period.
Side Effects
- Nausea, hot flashes, weight gain or headache may occur.
- If these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor promptly.
- Report promptly abnormal vaginal bleeding or irregular periods, vaginal discharge, groin pain or vision changes.
- Unlikely but report promptly vomiting or rash.
- Very unlikely but report promptly dark urine or yellowing eyes and skin, easy bruising, persistent sore throat, fever, mental/mood changes, trouble breathing, unusual tiredness, leg pain or swelling.
- If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions
- Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of eye problems, blood disorders, cancers, liver disease or any allergies.
- Use reliable birth control (e.g., proven barrier methods) during treatment and for at least two months after treatment.
- Consult your doctor or pharmacist.
- This drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
- Consult your doctor before using this drug.
- It is not known if this drug is excreted into breast milk.
- Because of the potential risk to the infant, breast-feeding while using this drug is not recommended.
- Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Missed Dose
- If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
- Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.
