Side Effects
- This medication causes nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, mouth sores, loss of appetite, stomach pain, change in taste and smell, muscle aches, fatigue, dizziness, headache and skin rash.
- Notify your doctor if these symptoms become bothersome.
- Notify your doctor if you develop any flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, weakness, sore throat) while taking this medication.
- If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions
- Avoid use of alcohol and alcohol containing products while taking this medication.
- Severe stomach upset, flushing and headache can occur.
- This drug is not recommended for use in pregnant or nursing women or in children.
