Date: 21 February 2009 Side Effects I started taking centrum A to Z before 4 days, I took that with my dinner, after 30 minutes of taking that I started feeling nausea, diarrhoea and very weak. I didnt realize that its because of multivitamin but every evening after my dinner my stomach pain starts and gets better in the morning only. Additional Thoughts I donno if I can trust this multivitamin. I am surprised with the side effects.
