Yeah, it worked, but the negative effects outweigh the benefits. Back to using Nasonex. It may not work as well, but it has no side effects on me.

This drug really messed with me. Not only did I feel exhausted and cranky all the time after I started taking it, but also, despite my feelings of exhaustion, I was unable to sleep and my throat eventually was sore all the time from the spray. I also never gain weight and lo and behold, thank you Astelin, I gained weight. I am never taking this drug again.

Side Effects
Dizziness, vertigo. After about two months of taking Astelin, anytime I sat up right away from a lying down position, or laying down looking up and moved my head to the right, the room seemed like it was spinning. Wasn't sure what caused it until I read some comments on this site. Stopped taking Astelin, and it took about three to four weeks for the vertigo symptoms to go away.

Additional Thoughts
Never really helped my Allergies or nasal congestion problems. Took this with Nazacort. Still taking Nazacort.
