I also have the ADHD/anxiety combination and found that this has helped my ADHD symptoms as well as the anxiety symptoms. Stimulant meds increased my anxiety. I was on the lowest dose of the single dosing Xanax and used it PRN. I never had poroblems stopping he medication if I did not need it. Due to more recent stressors, I asked to try something different. Xanax XR/Aloprazolam ER has really helped me to be more like myself. The generic, Aloprazolam ER is very cost-effective.

Side Effects
I've been told by my doctor to supplement my diet with a daily vitamin and thought Centrum Silver was a good choice. Like other reviewers, however, even when taken with a meal, I end up nauseated for 30 minutes or so.

Will try another daily supplement. This one may work but it's not worth the side effects.

Side Effects
Felt like I had M.E. after 1 day. Completely fatigued with no energy,palpitations and muscle cramps especially in legs. Would not use it again.

Additional Thoughts
Be careful when taking it as its a lot stronger than it appears to be and I have taken Cipro,Bactrim and Doxycycline with just mild side effects.
